Actual natural food and packaged food

There is a big difference between the two. To analyze this, we need to consider differences in MAIN by looking at the words “Real Natural” and “Packaged”.

Real Natural Foods:
          leaving untouched or modified, grapes and trees disappear straight.
Packaging food:
         processed, packaged, remodeled, “enhanced or tampered”.

Now I know that these two descriptions are extreme. If changed or processed, it is necessary to notice that it is a natural state (not nature).

Your body will consume what you put in it and process it as much as possible. This includes all processed foods and modified foods. Some are not bad, others are not bad.

There is a health concern that food consumed will never really be a big discussion except today that everything we say is saying we will make it better or better. As you can imagine, you must be careful about processed foods that we put in your body. Whether it’s a short term or a long term or a secondary effect, it will affect your body in some way.

Let’s take a look at packaged foods.

What do we do about research to understand what is present in food? Are you reading a packet to actually see what kind of inconvenient element actually is in it? Do you know how your body reacts to specific processed foods? More important, do you know that you are actually giving food to your child?

Packaged foods (processed foods) have a different effect on all of us, but there are some basic ways to react, but that is usually the degree of reaction that changes between us.

I want you to consider what is in your pantry and refrigerator. What is in the cupboard? Now, this is where we must be honest with ourselves to make the most of this information.

The reason why this is important is that you can “fool yourself” to thinking “just a little” or “it is just treatment”. The real question is here … Is it treatment?  – Premier pasta meat, instant noodles

 – Soda Beverage / Soft Drink / Soda Pop / Premix Carbonated Drink

 – Juice / fruit drink / pre-squeezed fruit juice and vegetable juice

 – Beer / wine

Now I will ask – where is the real food? Where are fruits and vegetables? Is this your staple?

See how you and your child respond when you eat packaged food and how they act after they eat natural food. There is a big difference. As a parent, I saw this first hand. There are bad behaviors related to food and good behavior.

I know what I like. What about you?

There is another factor that influences how quickly we digest our body called Glycemic Index (GI for short). The higher the glycemic index, the more quickly our body digests and processes food in the body. If you have heard the word “low GI food”, it is a slowly processed food that releases energy slowly. Meanwhile, “high GI food” provides almost immediate pickup of energy, the process faster, then you “calm down” and energy is running out.However, most of the packaged foods have high GI.

Eating potato chips may make you feel satisfied for a while. And you will probably be empty, and after a while it will be “dissatisfied”. Because they usually tag chips and snacks with salt and taste that you want “more”.

Here is your challenge.

Instead of snacking with packaged foods, please choose a natural choice. This includes nuts, dried fruits, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sweet peas, tomatoes, grapes, fruits and yogurt.

The idea is to prepare in advance. As long as there is not prepared in advance, it is not. Using seeds and nuts, you can divide it into small bags or containers, and you can get pre-arranged snacks when you run out of doors. You will be satisfied and you will feel it well. You will not feel cute, or flat, you are improving your body, not filled with junk food. It is a matter of preparation, it is not hard to do. I am thinking seriously that you have changed a bit

Is there a chemical taste improver such as MSG, preservative, pH balancer? Do they have laboratory number swags in the ingredient list? Is it really long words that only your doctor or chemist understands? If so, you should do some research, find out what they truly stand on and avoid foods containing them. This may be a bit difficult – especially if you have children. That is the word “no”. Instead it just makes a healthy choice.

To make the right decision for all of your family means change. And nobody likes to change. Please study a little bit later to avoid some big problems. But a good mixture of natural foods will be the best solution. Take the apple. – If your child can not eat apples, cut to a smaller size, they are more likely to eat it. Please let me eat these things happily. You will be excited about a healthy diet and your children will continue. But do not make further fuss, it just happens. A good variety is the key.

As you can see, there is a big difference between packaged foods and natural foods. In principle, if it is in a packet it MUST be preserved. What happened to them? Natural food has a shelf life and leaves. That is the natural order of life. Unless the packaged food sits on the shelf and decomposes and decomposes it is not food, it is perhaps more harmful than you better.
